The Redrow Development has included land for approximately 18 new allotments, which will be called Tabley Allotments. The plan is for Redrow to hand over the land in January 2024. This was discussed at a meeting between the Allotment society and Knutsford Council in October 23. The site needs to be fit for purpose prior to any transfer. The plan is that the new allotments will be added to the existing three sites as a fourth site and people on the waiting list for allotments can be offered a plot at Tabley. A site rep will need to be appointed for the new site. The addition of the new site will help with the waiting list. Joe Godden
